Dylog Hitech s.r.l. announces the acquisition of Parmacontrols
The Dylog Hitech of Turin, a spin-off of the Dylog Italia SpA group, a completely Italian group that has a turnover of about 300 million euros globally and which already aligns brands such as Buffetti and Cartiere Pigna in its team, has recently taken control of 100% of Parmacontrols.
The aim of this project is the strengthening and completion of the existing product range based on X-ray controls for the food sector, machines already exported to at least 60 foreign countries, with a series of controls dedicated to beverage and to laboratory instruments.
Parmacontrols is a popular small company founded thirty years ago and located in the heart of the Emilian food valley, a world center for food plant engineering.
The Dylog Parmacontrols combination places this new team at the top of the world market of control systems for Food & Beverage, with a complete, integrated and absolutely flexible product portfolio to meet the different needs of an extremely diverse market.
The company’s mission remains to maintain customer satisfaction over the time by providing cutting-edge technological solutions in the various application aspects of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
Mr. Marco Pipino, General Manager of Dylog Hitech said: "Through this operation and by inserting a well-known historical brand into our core business and therefore new development guidelines, we aim to strengthen our presence in the field of inspections for the food and beverage sector, a sector currently in full swing and more likely sensitive to a rapid growth, which we intend to connect with a renewed and increased product portfolio ”.
Mr. Emilio Chiesi, founder of Parmacontrols, who will remain at the helm of the company as CEO, commented: "In a globalized market like the current one, even a brilliant small company alone could not compete adequately, so the merger with Dylog means consolidating the work done so far by bringing our long experience in the controls sector into a company structure with a high technical profile, allowing us to have the necessary consistency to always gain new market shares, especially on foreign markets.
I also wish to add that my staff and I are proud to contribute to the development of a project based on a company with wholly Italian capital: it is the demonstration of the extreme vitality and creativity of the Italian system in a moment of general economic and social disorientation. We are enthusiastic about the prospects that are opening up before us and we are absolutely optimistic about our future ”. In addition to the headquarters in Corso Bramante 53 in Turin, the company's activities will now also be carried out at the Parma headquarters in Via Mantova 79/a.
